CinderCat Games is bringing laughter and chaos to single-player gaming with their debut title, GLUM. Set to release in 2025, the action comedy first person ’Booter’ follows a grumpy goblin and his magical booth to create chaos in a reactive, physics-based world. Combining innovative gameplay with humour, CinderCat is on a mission to craft unforgettable experiences that make players laugh out loud.
A grumpy goblin’s chaotic quest for redemption
Enter the world of GLUM, where a magical boot and a goblin’s edgy, crude personality take centre stage. The story follows Glum, a grumpy goblin, on a quest to rescue his evil overlord, who has been kidnapped by rival rulers of the realm. Lacking traditional fighting skills, Glum’s journey takes a surprising turn when he discovers an old, dusty booth filled with magical powers. The magical boot grants Glum a powerful kick and unique abilities that help him in his search.
GLUM's gameplay is defined by the combination of an innovative kicking mechanic and humor. Players are invited to master the power of the booth in an adventure that involves crude humour, unpredictable chaos, and physics-based combat.
